USERS

Access and/or use of the portals of Cremyco attributes the condition of USER, which accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The aforementioned Conditions shall be applied regardless of the mandatory General Conditions of Contract that may be enforceable.

USE OF THE SITE

The Site of Cremyco provides access to a multitude of informations, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “content”) on Internet belonging to Cremyco, to which the USER can access. The USER assumes responsability for the use of the Site. This responsability extends to the registration that would be required to access to certain services or contents. When registering, the USER will be responsible for providing true and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he or she will be responsible, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use of this.

DATA PROTECTION

Cremyco complies with the guidelines of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 for the Protection of Personal Data, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December which approves the Development Regulations of the Organic law and other legislation in force at all times, and ensures a proper use and processing of personal data of the user. To do this, along with every form to collect personal data, in the services that the USER may request to Cremyco, shall inform the USER of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions of the processing of data in each case, informing him of the responsability of the created file, the address of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising his rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of processing and communication of data to third parties where appropiate. Also Cremyco informs giving compliance with the Law 34/2002 of July 11 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and asks consent of the USER to the processing of his email for comercial purposes at all times.

PRIVACY POLICY

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Cremyco by itself or as asignee, owns all rights of intellectual and industrial property of its websites, as well as the elements contained in them (not limited to, images, sound, audio, vídeo, software o texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of used materials, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) owned by Cremyco. All rights reserved. Under the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph of the Law of Intellectual Property, are expressly prohibited reproduction, distribution and public communication, including any means of making available of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any form or by any technical means, without the authorization Cremyco. The USER undertakes to respect the rights of the Intellectual and Industrial Property owned by Cremyco and may view the elements of the Site and even print, copy and storage them on the hard drive of his/her computer or in any other physical medium, as long as it is unique and exclusively for personal and private use. The USER must not remove, alter or manipulate any protection device or security system that was installed in the pages of Cremyco.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Cremyco is not responsible, in any case, for the dammagesof any kind caused by which may cause, but not limited: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availibility of the site or the transmission of viruses or malicious software or harmful content, despite having taken all the necessry technical measures to prevent it.

MODIFICATIONS

Cremyco reserves the right to make unnanounced changes deemed necessary in its Site, to change, delete or add both the content and the services provided through it as way as the way in which these are presented or located in its Site.

In the case of the Site having links or hyperlinks to other internet sites, Cremyco shall not exercise any control over those sites and contents. In any case Cremyco will assume any responsability for the content of any link belonging to a foreign website, nor will guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, veracity, validity and constituionality of any material or information contained in any of these hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Cremyco shall pursue breach of the current conditions as well as any indue of its Site by means of all civil and penal actions that may correspond to them by Law.

MODIFICATION ON THE PRESENT CONDICITIONS AND DURATION

Cremyco may modify at any time the conditions specified here, being duly published as they appear here. The duration of the conditions will remain in their exposure and are valid until they are modified by other duly published.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between Cremyco and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
