Description

Special creams for coatings and decorations in pastry. Very shiny, they don't break when cut. With a low water activity that gives a guarantee of preservation to the product.

Applications

Any kind of coating or decoration in pastry, specially for classic cakes like Sacher. They can be used as well in frozen or semi-cold products, for the coating of fruit brochettes, for chocolate fountains, etc ...

Special variants

Cocoa (light or dark). Cocoa with hazelnuts (diferent % of hazelnuts). White. Fruity flavours range (lemon, orange, strawberry, banana, coconut ...). Nut flavours range (almond, pistachio, wallnut ...). Colonial flavours range (coffee, cappuccino, chocolate, vanilla, caramel ...) etc...

Suggestions

Marble effects can be done combining the white and the cocoa coating creams.

For the filling of this kind of cakes we have a wide range of fat base creams with fruity flavours ( lemon, strawberry, orange ...).
